MISS SARAH Ludvik-FRESHLEY

Miss Sarah Freshley – Having been born and raised in St. Louis, Sarah has been dancing since the age of three. She has 14 years of expertise in dance instruction and choreography and has directed classes for various age levels, ranging from preschool to adult. Sarah has choreographed numerous competitive routines for many studios and high schools in the area winning top level adjudications and choreography awards. While receiving her Bachelor of Science in Fitness and Nutrition at the University of Missouri at Columbia she was awarded with a dance scholarship to the Columbia Performing Arts Center under the direction of Mrs. Nancy Lawry. Soon she was given her own classes and was the assistant for many of the centers celebrated teachers. She has worked with prestigious choreographers including Jennifer Lynn Lee and Karen Mareck-Grundy. While in Columbia Sarah also participated in numerous charity events; judging the R.A.M.S. competition and performing in Delta after Dark and many others. Sarah’s is experienced in many genres including hip hop, contemporary, jazz, lyrical, ballet, musical theater, tap, poms, and modern. Sarah enjoys being physically active and keeps busy by teaching aerobic classes in St. Louis. She wishes to share her passion for dance by foster an enthusiastic and supportive environment for training. Through her skills and knowledge she hopes to help every student realize their full potential, inspiring a love for the art of dance while learning the value of discipline, determination and self confidence.
